These Terms govern your use of Mlandi AI services at www.mlandi.com, operated by Mlandi AI ("Mlandi", "we", "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Mlandi AI. By creating an account,
purchasing credits, or calling our API, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Changes to These Terms
1. Description of the Services
Mlandi AI provides a unified API gateway that routes requests to large language model and multimodal AI services operated by third-party providers, including but not limited to models offered by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Alibaba (Qwen), DeepSeek, xAI, Meta, and others available through our platform. We provide account management, usage metering, billing, and technical infrastructure. We do not develop or operate the underlying AI models themselves.
2. Accounts and API Keys
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys. All usage under your keys is billed to your account. Notify us immediately at security@mlandi.com if a key is compromised.
One person or organization may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent quotas or enforcement actions.
3. Credits, Billing and Refunds
The Services operate on a prepaid credit model. You purchase credits via the payment methods offered at checkout; credits entitle you to API usage at the per-model rates published on our pricing page.
Payment is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your card details.
All published prices are in U.S. dollars. Usage is metered per token and deducted from your credit balance in real time.
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Services.
Refund policy: unused credits from a first-time purchase may be refunded within 7 days of payment, minus a processing fee, provided the usage on the account does not exceed 20% of the purchased amount and no violation of the AUP has occurred. Subsequent purchases and accounts with AUP violations are non-refundable. Refunds for service outages are handled as goodwill credits at our discretion.
Refund requests should be sent to support@mlandi.com with your account email and order ID.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in suspension, termination, and forfeiture of credits as described in the AUP.
5. Service Availability and Upstream Dependencies
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where practicable.
The Services depend on upstream model providers. Model availability, pricing, context limits, and behavior may change without notice when providers change them. Where a model's upstream price changes, our published price for that model will be updated accordingly.
Model outputs are inherently probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for how you use and act on outputs.
6. Customer Content and Data
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the outputs returned to you, to the extent permitted by upstream provider terms.
We process prompts and outputs solely to deliver the Services (routing, metering, logging) as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must have the necessary rights to submit any data you send through the API.
7. Intellectual Property
Mlandi AI, the site design, logos, and the gateway software are our property or used under license. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Services to you. Trademarks and model names referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MODEL OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time via account settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for AUP violations, non-payment, fraud, or where required by law, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination for cause, remaining credits may be forfeited. Upon termination by you without violation, unused first-purchase credits are handled per Section 3.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent court where the operator of Mlandi AI is domiciled, unless applicable law mandates another forum.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where significant, announced on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
