1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services to generate, store, transmit, or distribute any of the following categories of content:
1.1 Sexually Explicit Material
Pornography, sexually explicit imagery or text, sexual services advertising, and any content intended for sexual arousal or gratification.
1.2 Content Involving Minors
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, whether real, fictional, or AI-generated. We report all such incidents to relevant authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
1.3 Graphic Violence and Gore
Content depicting extreme violence, torture, gratuitous suffering, or the glorification of violence against persons or animals.
1.4 Hate Speech and Harassment
Content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, age, or sexual orientation; targeted harassment, doxxing, or bullying of private individuals.
1.5 Non-Consensual Deepfakes and Impersonation
Deepfakes or synthetic media depicting real persons without their consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII); impersonation of real individuals or organizations with intent to deceive or defraud.
1.6 Intellectual Property Infringement
Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights, including circumvention of DRM or generation of pirated material.
2. Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities — using the Services to facilitate any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
Malware and cyber abuse — generating or distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, phishing content, credential-stuffing tools, or other harmful code.
Hacking assistance — requesting actionable guidance for unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or accounts.
Fraud and deception — scam generation, fake reviews, fabricated news presented as factual (where intended to deceive), financial fraud, or pyramid schemes.
Spam and abuse of scale — mass unsolicited messaging, SEO spam, astroturfing, or automated abuse of third-party platforms.
Weapons and dangerous substances — instructions for building weapons, explosives, or synthesizing controlled substances or biohazards.
Self-harm promotion — content encouraging suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
Election manipulation — voter suppression or deceptive election-related disinformation targeting specific elections.
3. Model Provider Policies
The Services relay requests to third-party large language model providers. Those providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Alibaba, and others) maintain their own usage policies and are subject to applicable regulatory requirements in their jurisdictions, in addition to this AUP. Content that complies with this AUP may still be refused by an upstream provider under its own policy or applicable regulations. Repeated attempts to circumvent provider safety systems (including jailbreaks and system-prompt extraction) constitute a violation of this AUP.
4. Security and Access Rules
Do not share your API keys with third parties. You are responsible for all usage under your keys.
Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or its infrastructure without prior written authorization.
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quota enforcement, or billing controls.
Do not resell raw API access in a manner that misrepresents the Services as your own infrastructure.
Report security vulnerabilities to security@mlandi.com rather than exploiting them.
5. Enforcement and Reporting
We employ a combination of automated and manual review to detect violations. Depending on severity, enforcement may include:
Warning and request to cease the violating activity;
Immediate suspension of API access and blocking of offending API keys;
Account termination and forfeiture of unused prepaid credits where required by law;
Referral to law enforcement where legally mandated (particularly content involving minors).
Zero-tolerance notice: Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors and credible threats of real-world violence result in immediate permanent termination and reporting to authorities — no warnings, no exceptions.
To report abusive content or a violating account, email abuse@mlandi.com with:
(1) the account or API key prefix involved, (2) a description of the violation, and (3) supporting evidence where available.
We acknowledge reports within 72 hours.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
